The contract covers their Southern Sector, which covers 3 main hospital sites, Musgrave Park, Knockbracken & Foster Green with 200+ community based properties in the greater Belfast area.Services are delivered across Building, Structural and Civil engineering disciplines, through a direct labour workforce of permanently based site staff and specialist supply chain partners appointed through Quality Assured ‘Key Supplier Arrangements’. All staff, including those of Supply Chain Partners are vetted through Access Northern Ireland.
We provide a full 24/7 365 Helpdesk facility for the receipt and management of all client requests/instructions and through a tailored Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) / Management Information System (MIS), which provides full auditable monitoring, status reporting and KPI monitoring.
