The contract is spread across 54 properties including Robinson Hospital, Route site- Ballymoney, Dalriada Hospital, Causeway Hospital and Mid Ulster Hospital as well 49 community sites in Northern geographical area Northern Health Social Care Trust within a Measured Term Contract Framework.

Services are delivered across Building, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Grounds Maintenance disciplines, through a direct labour workforce and specialist supply chain partners appointed through Quality Assured ‘Key Supplier Arrangements’. All staff, including those of Supply Chain Partners are vetted through Access NI.

We provide a full 24/7 365 Helpdesk facility for the receipt and management of all client requests/instructions and through a tailored Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) / Management Information System (MIS), which provides full auditable monitoring, status reporting and KPI monitoring.

All project works are ‘pre-measured’ by our Quantity Surveying staff using the National Engineering Specification and working in partnership with our client.
